PLYMOUTH GIRLS' TRACK PRACTICE SCHEDULE
MANDATORY Study Hall: 2:30 - 3:30 pm
Warm-up/Stretch/Announcements: 3:45 pm
Practice: 4:00-5:30
***Parents can plan on picking up their daughters @ 5:30pm***
Those that are throwers, pole vaulters, and long jumpers will practice from 2:30 - 4:15
BE PREPARED TO RUN BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE (dependant on the weather)
Bring the following:
shorts and t-shirt if inside, sweats if outside
running shoes or spikes
water bottle
